On November 13 and 14, numerous countries that are currently providing aid to Ukraine and want to support their companies on the Ukrainian market, especially in the field of energy, but also urban infrastructure, mainly in the area of water treatment, drinking water, and wastewater treatment, met in Warsaw. It was an opportunity to take stock of the tools available to Ukrainian local governments to meet the current challenges: reconstruction, reception of internal refugees, and adaptation of infrastructure to European requirements.
